Tamiya DF-01 Mitsubishi Lancer Raid – Lancerlot goes BIG

I’ve done a few minor things to the DF-01 since the last run (The run in snow!) During the snow run the steering rack broke so I had to replace it with an aluminium steering rack (had to grind a little bit of the chassis to get it working). I installed bigger tires. The tires come with the XV-01T Asterion.

The next thing I did was adding cool mud flaps in the rear and I also installed some more LED’s for the front and rear led light buckets. Maybe I can find a LED bar for the roof rack 🙂

It is unbelievable how great the suspension works on the rig. Super smooth, soaks all the bumps but the DF-01 is not the best corner machine, escpecially with the roof rack and the „spare tires“ 🙂
