The common power plant for a Tamiya Grasshopper was a 380 motor. Fun to drive but the Grasshopper could be a litte bit faster 🙂 So we installed the stock 380 motor with a 20 turn 540 motor and drove the little one with a 3S lipo!! Just so you know: The motor and the ESC did stay cool. No car was harmed 🙂 Enjoy it!
